Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Processing & Delivery
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days within the United States.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive shipping information associated with your order so you can follow its progress.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
